About BSS Hospital

BSS hospital ,was founded by Dr.B.S. Ayyappan in 1985, in memory of his father Justice. B.S. Somasundaram. Dr. Ayyappan has vast experience in the field of cardiology for the past over 40 years. He was Asst. Professor of cardiology for over ten years in Madras Medical College.

Under his guidance, Dr. Harish Somasundaram, s/o. Dr. B.S. Ayyappan, consultant cardiologist for the past 15 years, supported by a team of junior doctors and well trained staff nurses, provide 24 hrs medical care with specialisation in cardiology.

Dr. Harish Somasundaram is also an interventional cardiologist at Apollo hospitals and Bharathi Raja Hospital, Chennai.

Leading consultants of the city in various branches of medicine visit the hospital.
